Michelle LeBlanc received her Baccalaureate degree in communication from University of Louisiana, Lafayette. She started out as a teacher for many years and decided to take that to the next level and become a Life Coach to develop and facilitate personal growth and development for a variety of industries. Michelle is a certified Myers Briggs, DiSC and Development Dimensions International trainer. Michelle has worked in the field of personal growth since 1985 helping people from all walks of life to realize and ignite their spiritual connection and personal growth recognizing new choices, and deciding to behave differently in life. Michelle has a passion for people and is a warm and caring Woman of God. She enjoys helping people get past the “stuck” areas in life and push them into a fulfilling life.
Michelle is the head facilitator for Growth Challenge Weekend series of workshops that she developed with Marc and Melissa D’Aunoy. Her unique teaching style will have you wanting “the more” out of life. Michelle helps individuals uncover the blind spots that have kept them from having the life they want, become aware of the self-imposed barriers that are limiting their freedom and power, recognize how to make new choices and change behaviors. Michelle is married and has two children and four grandchildren! Her hobbies include traveling with her husband, reading, enjoying paintings and art. Michelle enjoys her life and has overcome being a victim to being a victor in life. She joined The Kitchen Table in 2016.
