Cooking Teams
- Entry fee is $75 by October 1.
- Entry fee is $100 after October 1.
- Teams cook at least 20 quarts plus 15lbs of protein.
- Four people per team. Extra members will need to buy a wristband at the gate.
- All cooking must be done on a butane burner, camping stove, etc.
- NO water or electricity will be provided.
- All ingredients may be prepared ahead of time. (cutting/chopping of vegetables and meat)
- NO COOKING AHEAD OF TIME.
- Cooking teams are allowed one large ice chest for ingredients only.
- Check-in/Set-up time is as early as 6:00am.
- Cooking time starts after team meeting at 6:30am under the pavilion.
- No vehicles will be allowed on the grounds after 7:00am.
- Judging and serving begins at 10:30am.
- No dumping or cleaning pots on the festival grounds. All cooking teams must clean their area before leaving.
- Entry fee is non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE that the only things provided are rice, cups, spoons, and napkins.
You will need to provide your own tent.
