What is Life Coaching? The International Coach Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” Here at The Kitchen Table we believe having a life coach is a professional relationship where you and your coach seek to 1) clarify your values, 2) identify blocks to what you want in life, 3) take personal responsibility with action and 4) build the necessary skills for successful living with support and accountability within the coaching process. The Kitchen Table Coaching Services offers highly skilled Certified Life & Executive coaches personally trained and supervised by Marc and Melissa D’Aunoy. Our coaches are students or graduates of our program and meet the standards of care you’ve come to expect from The Kitchen Table. Additionally, we go above and beyond for our clients, offering real time availability through the use of texting, email, and home visits on a case-by-case basis.
At The Kitchen Table, we believe having a life coach is an essential part of reaching your full potential. Our growing team of professional coaches believes that you have within you the resources and gifts to reach your full potential. Your coaches will help you navigate ways to get past blocks and take personal responsibility for your life experience. They will guide you to build skills for successful living thus moving towards a fulfilling life.
Disclaimer:
In brief, coaching is not meant to replace mental health counseling. Coaches don’t diagnose mental illness nor can they bill insurance for their services. However, coaching is an emerging field and it is projected that more and more people will be turning to coaching in the future to achieve their personal and professional potential.
MARRIAGE COACHING
We Believe:
- Everyone at his or her core wants to be loved. Marriage coaching will identify the overwhelming and hidden problems in your marriage and build bridges between each spouse by creating a safe environment in coaching sessions to and facilitate effective communication.
- People are responsible for what they co-create in a marriage. Discovering what contribution each spouse has made to the unhealthiness of the marriage is vital for healing. The path towards having a fulfilling marriage begins with a commitment to personal growth.
We believe in doing everything we can to help couples reconcile. Our hearts are to help couples become safe for each other, to heal and develop a loving, fulfilling marriage. With God at the center, reconciliation is always possible.
Are you ready for real change in your marriage?
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACHING
Master both your personal and professional roles in your life. To be a true success, one must conquer inner demons such as the fear of failure, shame, control issues, limiting beliefs, character flaws, selfishness and brokenness from your family of origin, as well as, the outer demons such as the critics, controllers, and naysayers who will tell you that you can’t do this or that. Underneath all this noise is the REAL you.
Executive and leadership coaching aims to help you and/or your team integrate the importance of developing yourself personally and professionally. Our desire is to help you to become successful in all the roles you play from parent, to husband or wife at home, AND to be successful in the marketplace as a business owner, corporate executive or leader.
You may be missing out on the best YOU showing up in your life for yourself and for those who matter to you. Executive coaches help leaders build sustainable culture, drive leadership development and help leaders align their vision with their organization. Think of rowing a boat as an example. When everyone is rowing together, the combined effort focused and in-synch helps create a winning team effort. According to a study of fortune 100 executives conducted by the Manchester Consulting Group, “coaching resulted in a ROI of almost six times the program cost, as well as a 77% improvement in relationships, 67% improvement in teamwork, 61% improvement in job satisfaction and 48% in quality.”

At The Kitchen Table, we believe in making our services available to our clients beyond the typical brick and mortar office setting. We can come to you whether that means to your home or simply over the phone or even video conferencing. We want to bring “our table to yours” experience making it convenient and affordable. Don’t worry about getting a babysitter if you have young kids at home or an elderly parent that you are caring for. For those clients that are too far for us to drive to, simply connect with us over video conferencing. It is an easy and secure way to make it happen.
